I look forward to another stay at El Prado. My room was immaculate, offered simple elegance in decor and convenience to shops and restaurants. From the door persons to concierge to room attendants each were welcoming and gracious. The lovely presented coffee bar each morning was a treat. Highly recommend El Prado.

We celebrated my mom’s milestone birthday at El Prado Hotel, and it was truly a memorable experience from start to finish. Sherry was amazing—helpful, accommodating, and supportive from day one. She made thoughtful suggestions based on her experience with prior events and always responded to our questions promptly with great follow-up. One of our top criteria in choosing a banquet hall was excellent food, and the chef did not disappoint. The food was plentiful and absolutely delicious, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting it. The staff during the event were incredible—professional, attentive, and genuinely kind—which helped everything run smoothly and allowed us to fully enjoy the celebration. El Prado Hotel helped make my mom’s special day unforgettable, and we are so grateful to the entire team

I had one of the best experiences staying at el PRADO. The room was clean and spacious and loved the little balcony area. They even had free coffee in the morning! The staff were very friendly and caring. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit PA again.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at El Prado Hotel. The design of the hotel is tasteful and elegant, and everything was very clean and well maintained. The room felt comfortable and relaxing, making it easy to fully unwind during the stay. The soundproofing was generally good. Although I could occasionally hear some light noise, it was minimal and did not significantly affect my rest. One small area for improvement would be the gym. Given the hotel’s price point and overall positioning, the fitness center felt a bit small and somewhat dated compared to the rest of the property. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay, which truly enhanced the overall experience.

My now wife and I had our wedding reception at el PRADO Hotel and it was an amazing experience. From the get go our coordinators helped ensure that everything went perfectly. We had amazing food and drink, exceptionally well kept rooms for us and all our guests, an easy working experience for all our external vendors who contributed to our special day. The hotel itself is beautiful in its design, and we couldn't have imagined a better venue for our wedding.

We had the opportunity to provide both our Skyshot Klick (high-angle booth) and 360 booth at a recent Modern Day Wife event at this venue, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. The space itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and very event-friendly — plenty of room for activations like ours without feeling crowded. Load-in and setup were smooth, which is always a huge plus when working with larger equipment. The overall atmosphere the venue creates really elevates the guest experience. Our booths stayed busy the entire time, and the layout allowed guests to easily flow between different parts of the event. Staff was professional and accommodating, making coordination easy for both vendors and organizers. Would definitely love to work here again and highly recommend this venue for events looking to create an engaging and elevated experience.

We hosted a business meeting here. A colleague and I arrived late in the evening and the front desk staff was wonderful - even offering and delivering a pitcher of ice water to my colleagues room. A lovely coffee setup with newspapers is available by the elevators on each floor each morning. The meeting space was great and unique. The AV support was excellent - zero glitches. Catering service was great as was the food. Fresh, appealing, healthy, and delicious.
